Operations Associate

Role at a glance This entry-level position supports day-to-day business operations while working closely with customers, coworkers, and onsite leadership. SETTING On site STYLE Interactive, collaborative and customer-facing Primary Responsibilities Assist with daily operational workflows Coordinate routine requests and internal handoffs Interact directly with customers or onsite partners as needed Track tasks, updates, and operational issues This is an on-site position with regular face-to-face interaction. The role is designed for someone comfortable working directly with customers, clients, members, community participants, partners, or onsite coworkers rather than working exclusively behind the scenes. Entry-level fit A strong entry-level candidate is personable, dependable, comfortable starting conversations, organized, coachable, and able to communicate professionally in a fast-moving environment. Related experience can be helpful, but transferable experience from retail, hospitality, customer service, campus activities, athletics, or other people-facing work may also be relevant.
