Crown Staffing is hiring Flex Operators for a projection screen manufacturing operation in Blue Ash, OH.

Schedule : Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Overtime : May be required based on production needs
Pay Rate : $17.00 per hour

Flex Operator Requirements/Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing machine operation experience required
  
• Experience in paper, pulp, textile, coating, or similar production environments preferred
  
• Industrial manufacturing experience strongly preferred
  
• Ability to inspect products and identify quality concerns
  
• Ability to push, pull, stretch, and handle production materials during machine changeovers
  
• Ability to work safely in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
  
• Stable work history with demonstrated reliability and longevity preferred
  

• Operating and monitoring large coating and fabric-processing equipment
  
• Inspecting coated materials throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are met
  
• Collecting product samples and documenting inspection results
  
• Assisting with machine changeovers and production adjustments
  
• Feeding and positioning fabric materials through machine rollers and coating systems
  
• Working closely with other operators to resolve production or quality issues
  
• Monitoring machine performance and reporting concerns to supervisors
