HealthYes is recruiting a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist for a permanent, hospital-employed opportunity near Little Rock, AR. This position offers a $755,000 base salary, additional production-based earning potential, an established gastroenterology team, and advanced endoscopy resources. New grads and J-1/ H-1B visa candidates are encouraged to apply.
The actual practice is also flexible:
1 - 2 clinic days
2 - 3 procedure days
Several dedicated endoscopy rooms
Certified GI nursing support
APPs Monday–Friday
Approximately three months to acclimate/ramp despite existing patient demand

Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency
- Completion of an accredited Gastroenterology fellowship
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
- Active Arkansas medical license or eligibility to obtain one
- Eligibility for applicable medical-staff appointment and clinical privileges
- Strong endoscopic, diagnostic, and clinical decision-making skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within an established multidisciplinary program
- ERCP experience is welcomed but not required; mentorship is available
