Condition Monitoring: Record and communicate real-time clinical updates and condition changes to the care team. Interdisciplinary Lead: Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless, well-aligned patient care. Order Execution: Precisely carry out physician and advanced nursing directives with absolute clinical accuracy. Transition Strategy: Evaluate and manage complex discharge planning needs to guarantee safe patient transitions. What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
