The Opportunity As part of the Cybersecurity team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing cybersecurity solutions for industrial environments. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. Responsibilities - Design and implement cybersecurity solutions for industrial settings - Lead teams in managing client accounts and engagements - Mentor junior staff to enhance their technical skills - Develop strategic plans to enhance cybersecurity measures - Analyze and assess risks to critical infrastructure - Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain compliance and safety - Drive continuous improvement in cybersecurity practices - Foster a culture of innovation and resilience within the team What You Must Have - Bachelor's Degree - At least 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity What Sets You Apart - Master's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Industrial and Operations Engineering - SANS GICSP, GRID, GIAC ICS Defender, GCIP - CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+ / CySA+ - ISA/IEC 62443 certification - Cisco CCNP Security, Palo Alto PCNSE, CWSP / CWNA - Leading OT/ICS cybersecurity architecture and design - Managing vendor relationships and product evaluations - Conducting OT security maturity assessments - Staying current on emerging OT/ICS threats and technologies Travel Requirements Up to 40% Job Posting End Date The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
