Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Lead
Location: Jeffersonville, OH
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Crown Staffing is currently hiring an experienced Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Lead to join our team in Jeffersonville, OH. This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse experience who is comfortable taking the lead, staying organized, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily shipping and receiving activities
- Coordinate warehouse workflow and prioritize daily tasks
- Receive, inspect, organize, and put away incoming materials
- Prepare and verify outgoing shipments
- Load and unload trucks safely
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipping/receiving records
- Communicate with drivers, vendors, and internal teams
- Help ensure orders are accurate and shipped on time
- Train and assist warehouse employees as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies
Qualifications
- Previous shipping, receiving, and warehouse experience required
- Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
- Comfortable using basic computer systems and warehouse documentation
- Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials as needed
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
