Skyline Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Canon City, CO is seeking a compassionate RN to provide high-quality skilled nursing care for short-term rehab, long-term care, and memory support residents. The RN will complete assessments, administer medications and treatments, oversee care plans, and supervise CNAs in a resident-centered environment. This role collaborates closely with an interdisciplinary team, supports residents’ dignity and independence, and ensures regulatory, safety, and infection control compliance.
