Delivering exceptional customer service remotely, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, assist with customer accounts, and provide technical support while working from home. Key responsibilities Manage customer accounts and provide technical support through inbound and outbound calls Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently Perform application data entry and respond to online chat inquiries as assigned Required qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older High school diploma or equivalent Moderate to advanced computer skills with a high level of comfort learning new technology Ability to work in a dedicated, private, and secure workspace with a hard-wired internet connection Commitment to full attendance during a paid 3-week training period
