We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Sales Manager to join their growing team in the Permian Basin.
Qualifications:
- Needs 10 years of business development and/or sales experience
- Strong account management and customer relationship skills
- Experience working closely with operations teams
- Established relationships within E&P organizations preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Manage and grow assigned customer accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
- Maintain customer satisfaction and account performance
- Coordinate with operations to ensure successful service delivery
- Monitor revenue, profitability, and account health
- Build and strengthen long-term customer relationships
- $150,000 annual salary
