Estimating Manager, Data Center

AECOM partners with clients to solve complex challenges and build lasting legacies. Position Summary Data Center Estimating Manager – Dallas, TX (Hybrid – in-office & remote). This role leads the cost estimating department, managing a team of estimators and ensuring accurate, timely cost estimates for data center construction projects. Responsibilities Lead the cost estimating function, overseeing methodology and quality. Directly supervise and coach estimators, ensuring accurate, on-time cost estimates. Collaborate with project managers, design teams, and clients to develop and refine cost estimates. Maintain cost data integrity and manage cost estimating software tools. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of experience in construction estimating or equivalent. Demonstrated leadership of a cost estimating team. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Data Center Construction. Experience leading multi‑disciplinary cost management teams across concurrent projects. Experience working directly with clients to prepare proposals and negotiate scope. Experience managing quality assurance and cost control programs. Additional Information U.S. employment authorization sponsorship is not available for this position.
