As an Operations Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate transaction processing while supporting service-level commitments and regulatory standards. In this role, you will be responsible for processing a variety of operational tasks that support financial account activity. Your work will include both routine and complex transactions, requiring accuracy, timeliness, and sound judgment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process daily operational work including asset movement, account transfers, and new account setup and maintenance
- Execute routine and complex transactions efficiently while meeting quality and service-level standards
- Identify, research, and help resolve discrepancies or potential issues proactively
- Follow established procedures independently to meet performance and accuracy metrics
- Learn, use, and support multiple financial products, systems, and software platforms
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of experience working with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- 1+ year of experience in the financial services industry
- 1+ year of experience working in a high-volume, deadline-driven processing environment
