CRC Operational Excellence & Projects Manager

Overview Richemont North America, Inc. (Grand Prairie, TX) is seeking a CRC Operational Excellence & Projects Manager to coordinate the implementation of digital initiatives across the North America region. The role aligns with group and individual Maison strategies, gathers competitive intelligence, and ensures successful transition of technical projects to operations. Responsibilities Coordinate day‑to‑day tasks required to deliver projects, releases, and initiatives, including refining definitions; starting, planning, and following through on commitments; executing adjacent tasks; gathering, and analyzing feedback; and coordinating after‑action reviews. Maintain the central regional roadmap on Client Relations Center (CRC) and e‑Commerce initiatives, including milestones and blockers. Provide project status updates and participate in meetings with regional and group partners. Constantly gather stakeholder feedback, analyze requirements, keep accurate, timely, and useful documentation, and communicate insights and plans. Develop change‑management plans to smooth digital product changes and establish active communication between functions, Maison, region, and stakeholders. Ensure fluid and frequent communication among teams, discuss business objectives, strategies, projects, and resources, and transition technical projects to operations. Partner with operational leaders to understand client expectations and commercial needs. Stay abreast of industry innovations and provide insights on competitive benchmarking and new ways of working. Qualifications Minimum Educational Requirements: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Information Systems or related field. Minimum Prior Work Experience Requirements: 2 years of experience in a related position. Minimum Special Requirements: 2 years of experience in project management, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure, with a focus on stakeholder collaboration, analysis, testing, and team enablement; instructional design experience, including comprehensive training programs for new software, e‑learning modules, and digital upskilling initiatives; 1 year of experience within a luxury contact center environment with COPC standards, Salesforce Service Cloud, implementing cloud technologies within complex matrixed organizations, and driving process improvements that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Other Information Number of Direct Reports: None. Travel Requirements: May work remotely but must travel to office location once every quarter.
