What You’ll Do Take the reins in securing agreements with subcontractors, ensuring every project is aligned with goals and timelines. From creating job start-up summaries to managing budgets, you’ll help launch and drive projects forward. Develop detailed budgets, track changes, and generate invoices, ensuring financial accuracy every step of the way. Oversee field work and ensure the highest standards of safety and quality are upheld throughout the project lifecycle. Supervise subcontractors to foster a culture of teamwork, safety, and compliance. Attend stakeholder meetings and provide clear, concise project updates to keep everyone informed and aligned. Previous experience in marketing or sales within the construction industry is a plus. A minimum of 8-10 years in construction.
