Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to customers in both English and a second language. Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in English and a second language through phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels.

• Process customer requests, account updates, returns, exchanges, and service inquiries accurately.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, call center, administrative support, or a related field preferred.
• Fluency in English and at least one additional language (written and verbal) required.
