Job Overview This is FLAT RATE Position.
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Auto Body Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to their original condition using a variety of techniques and tools. Your expertise will help ensure our customers receive high-quality service and outstanding vehicle repairs, contributing to our reputation for excellence.

Duties

• Perform auto body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and collision damage restoration with precision and care
• Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, MIG welding, soldering, and airless paint spraying to complete repairs efficiently
• Conduct auto painting and auto glass replacement to restore vehicles’ appearance and safety standards
• Fabricate sheet metal parts and perform auto restoration projects as needed
• Assess vehicle damage, prepare estimates, and communicate repair plans clearly to customers
• Maintain detailed records of repairs performed and ensure quality control throughout the process
• Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as mechanical repairs, assembly, detailing, and heavy lifting when required

Qualifications

• Proven dealership experience or background in auto body repair is highly preferred
• Skilled in MIG welding, fabrication, sheet metal work, and auto painting techniques
• Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive repair and vehicle maintenance
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and auto estimating software
• Knowledge of auto restoration processes and auto body detailing
• Ability to lift heavy objects safely and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills with clear communication abilities
• Prior experience with auto body repair or collision repair certification is a plus
