Compensation: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. Assist with customer retention strategies. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Communication and problem-solving skills. We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
