Administrative Business Partner, Google Global Infrastructure

Schedule, maintain, and update calendar events. Prepare meetings for the executive or team.Execute expense management activities.Assess and advocate for office space needs.Plan and organize internal and external programs and events and manage event logistics in collaboration with internal partners and external vendors.Complete travel coordination tasks with minimal guidance.Minimum qualifications:3 years of administrative experience in a technology company or multinational environment working on administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).Preferred qualifications:6 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective separately.Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.Strong people management skills and the ability to build relationships with all stakeholders (i.e., leaders, team members, administrative business partners).Excellent forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
