Front of House Supervisor - The Flowery West Village

Reports to: Dispensary General Manager Supervise daily Front of House operations and act as a liaison between staff and store leadership. Perform opening and closing procedures and ensure all assigned duties are completed accurately. Manage and delegate daily Front of House tasks, staff placement, breaks, customer flow, and floor coverage. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and all applicable state and local regulations. Coach staff on customer service, sales performance, product knowledge, and store expectations. Assist leadership with scheduling vendor activations and serve as a point of contact for vendor coordination and communication. Maintain vendor relationships without purchasing authority or responsibility for financial decisions or agreements. Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready Front of House. Maintain full availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, high-volume days, and product drops. Communicate staffing, operational, and customer concerns to store leadership. Meet the physical requirements of the position for extended periods. Other duties as assigned by management. Requirements Requirements Previous retail and/or cannabis management experience required.
