Records Management Specialist

Records Management Specialist We're looking for a detail‑oriented Records Management Specialist to organize, maintain, and ensure the integrity of both physical and digital records. You’ll support compliance, accessibility, and secure handling of sensitive documentation across departments — coordinating with vendors, IT, and compliance teams to keep our record‑keeping systems accurate and audit‑ready. This is a fully on‑site role in Groton, CT. What you’ll do Organize, classify, and maintain records in accordance with internal policies and legal requirements Retrieve, archive, and dispose of records following established retention schedules Conduct audits to ensure accuracy and compliance of record‑keeping systems Assist with digitization of physical records and manage electronic filing systems Coordinate with CROs, vendors, business development, IT, and compliance teams to ensure secure storage and access What you need High school diploma or GED — associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred 2–4 years of experience in records management, administrative support, or a related field Strong organizational and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to manage confidential information with discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite — Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong verbal and written communication skills Must be able to work on‑site in Groton, CT Nice to have Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field Experience with document control software or records management systems/databases Familiarity with records retention schedules and regulatory compliance requirements #J-18808-Ljbffr HKA Enterprises
