What You'll Do
As General Manager, you will:
- Oversee all restaurant operations (front and back of house)
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing management team
- Drive profitability through labor, food cost, and expense control
- Ensure exceptional guest service and consistent execution of standards
- Maintain a positive, professional, and energetic culture
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent
- Coach and mentor managers and team members
- Maintain operational systems and brand standards
- Uphold company values and lead by example
- Analyze performance metrics and create action plans for improvement
