What You'll Do

• Deliver advanced neonatal care to critically ill and premature neonates in a 92-bed Level IV NICU
• Collaborate with a team including 9 neonatologists and 8 Neonatal Nurse Practitioners
• Manage high-acuity neonatal cases, ensuring compassionate and patient-centered care
• Participate in multidisciplinary care planning and family-centered initiatives
• Support regional neonatal referral services for coastal Georgia
• Engage in continuous professional development and mentorship opportunities
• Document clinical activities accurately, adhering to hospital and regulatory standards

What You Need

• Current Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellence
• Preferred: neonatal or pediatric experience; new graduates are encouraged to apply
