Kid's Castle in Kenosha is looking to hire a full-time Infant Teacher!

To be QUALIFIED for this position, we require a high school diploma OR GED and the ability to pass all background checks. Previous childcare experience and minimum Registry Level 3 strongly preferred.

Required Shift: Monday - Friday, Full-time, 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm

Compensation: $15-16/hr, based on education and experience


Location: 4211 Green Bay Rd., Kenosha

Main Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead teacher with all aspects of the classroom in a manner consistent with the philosophy and goals of the center.
• Implement activities that encourage each child's growth in the areas of emotion, social, cognitive, creative, and physical development.
• Take direction, accept constructive criticism, and feedback, and make improvements and changes as necessary for the betterment of the quality of the program.
• Create and maintain an environment that is clean and safe for all children.
• Establishing a professional level of rapport with each family to provide quality care for the children.
• Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
