The school counselor will:

* Assist with the ever-changing needs of our student population

* Support all students and their unique needs

* Plan, support and collaborate with fellow educators and staff

* Strong skills in lesson delivery of peer social interactions, student organization, small groups, and other issues related to students in 6-8

* Experience with master scheduling and implementation of the schedule into PowerSchool

* Managing and facilitating RTI and 504s

* Experience organizing, promoting and implementing PBIS

* Experience collecting and analyzing data

* Understand standardized testing procedures

* Experience with the administrative use of PowerSchool

* Experience in implementing and delivering career education to classes

* Builds relationships with students, family, and staff
