IT Compliance Manager

Seeking a full-time remote IT Compliance Manager, this role will manage the company's cybersecurity control program and oversee the performance of the managed service provider (MSP) responsible for day-to-day IT operations while ensuring compliance with security and data-handling requirements in a regulated transportation environment. Key responsibilities Maintain the company's control set mapped to NIST CSF 2.0 across all six functions: Govern, Identify, Protect, Detect, Respond, and Recover Administer the Vanta GRC platform, including control monitoring, evidence collection, and remediation tracking Serve as the primary relationship owner for the MSP, managing escalations, service delivery expectations, and contract lifecycle Required qualifications Five or more years in IT compliance, information security, IT audit, or IT governance, with at least two years managing a control program Hands-on experience implementing or operating a recognized security framework such as NIST CSF or ISO 27001 Experience administering a GRC or compliance automation platform, such as Vanta or ServiceNow GRC Working knowledge of core IT controls, including identity and access management and vulnerability management Professional certification such as CISA, CRISC, CISM, or CISSP is a plus
