Job Description Position : Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Location : Near Bethlehem, Pennsylvania Start Date : 08/26/2024 End Date : 06/10/2025 Hours : 32.5 hours per week Job Description : We are looking for a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1-on-1 support to a 9th grade male student in an AS classroom near Bethlehem, PA. The student has autism and middle to high intensity behaviors, including seizures. The RBT will be trained on seizure protocol and will assist the student who carries a helmet and backpack with supplies. Responsibilities : Provide individualized support to a 9th grade male student. Implement and adhere to behavior intervention plans. Monitor and respond to the student's behavior and seizures. Keep accurate records of the student's progress and behavior. Work closely with teachers, therapists, and family members. Qualifications : National RBT certification (required). Minimum of 3 years of experience with older students with moderate to severe caseloads (required). Experience working with students with autism and challenging behaviors. Ability to manage seizure protocols and ensure student safety. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
