Job Description
TITLE: Registered Nurse - Neuro Telemetry

SCHEDULE: Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS:
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

REQUIREMENTS:
- Current RN license
- Stroke certification
- Experience in Telemetry and Stepdown care
- Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
- Delegate appropriate care to clinical staff and supervise their activities.
- Support the facility's Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high-quality and safe nursing care.
- Manage resources efficiently related to patient care.

COMPLIANCE / NOTES:
- Scrubs: Ceil blue or white for RN, Hunter green for CNA
- House Supervisor must be contacted for any nurse cancellations.
