Adjunct instructors play a crucial role in delivering high-quality graduate-level instruction centered on equity-minded instructional leadership. As a Christ-centered community, George Fox University is an institution that values diversity as an essential dimension of God's design for human communities.Job Responsibilities Include, but Are Not Limited To:Teach courses in alignment with the university's mission and learning objectives.Develop and implement effective instructional strategies that promote student engagement.Provide timely and constructive feedback on student work.Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance.Utilize the university's learning management system (Canvas) for course management.Maintain professionalism and adhere to university policies.Communicating effectively and courteously with others, including employees, students, and the public, in a spirit of teamwork, respect and customer service.By actions, words, and lifestyle, be a Christian role model to students, whether through casual contact or in a formal supervisory role.Demonstrated experience working cross culturally with respect, appreciation and humility.Other duties as assigned.We Are Looking for Candidates Who Have: A master's degree and current principal license in the state of Oregon. A minimum of 4 years of highly successful school level principal experience in Oregon.Demonstrated expertise in subject matter and commitment to teaching aspiring school/district office leaders.Recent experience working as a building or district office administrator in Oregon Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Legal authorization to work in the United States.
