The Senior Manager, Scientific Communications & Engagement Strategy for Obesity & Related Conditions, is accountable for developing and executing comprehensive, high-impact scientific communication and customer engagement strategies in alignment with product and therapeutic area objectives. This role collaborates across Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and Commercial to ensure consistent, compliant, and compelling communication of scientific and clinical evidence. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning and Oversight Lead development and oversee implementation of global and US scientific communication and HCP engagement plans, in close partnership with product medical leads and field leaders Adapt strategies based on disease landscape evolution, emerging data, channel innovation, and cross-functional insights Partner with Medical Data & Analytics, product medical leads, and field leaders to define, implement, and track metrics to assess impact of content and channels. Partner with Amgen India to translate the scientific communication and HCP engagement plan into global and US content Scientific Content Development Develop the strategic content brief, aligned to the scientific narrative, product scientific communication, and HCP engagement plan to guide content creation by Amgen India Provide strategic review and oversee dissemination of scientific and medical materials (e.g., DSE, digital/interactive content, FAQs, MSL resources, payer-related materials, compendia updates).
