Position Overview

We are seeking a Microsoft Intune Administrator to support the administration, configuration, deployment, and ongoing management of Windows endpoints in an enterprise environment. This is a hands-on role focused on Microsoft Intune, Windows device management, application deployment, patch management, and endpoint security.

The ideal candidate has experience administering Intune in a production environment and is comfortable troubleshooting device enrollment, configuration, compliance, software deployment, and endpoint-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Intune for Windows endpoint management.
• Manage Windows device enrollment and overall device lifecycle management.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Autopilot deployments.
• Create and maintain device configuration profiles and compliance policies.
• Monitor device compliance, enrollment status, and endpoint health.
• Package, deploy, update, and maintain applications through Intune.
• Manage software deployments and troubleshoot failed or incomplete installations.
• Coordinate and manage Windows and application patching.
• Configure and maintain endpoint security policies and security baselines.
• Identify and remediate non-compliant devices.
• Troubleshoot Intune-related issues involving enrollment, policies, applications, configurations, and devices.
• Support endpoint security initiatives and device hardening standards.
• Maintain documentation related to Intune configurations, processes, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with IT infrastructure, security, and service desk teams to resolve endpoint-related issues.
• Assist with continuous improvement of endpoint management and deployment processes.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune in a production environment.
• Experience managing Windows 10 and/or Windows 11 endpoints.
• Experience with Windows device enrollment and provisioning.
• Working experience with Windows Autopilot .
• Experience creating and managing configuration profiles .
• Experience creating and managing device compliance policies .
• Experience with application packaging and software deployment through Intune.
• Experience managing Windows updates and endpoint patching.
• Understanding of endpoint security policies and security best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting skills related to Windows devices, Intune policies, software deployments, and device configurations.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID/Azure Active Directory.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
• Familiarity with Conditional Access.
• Experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager/SCCM.
• PowerShell scripting experience.
• Experience migrating devices or workloads from SCCM to Intune.
• Familiarity with co-management or hybrid endpoint environments.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale Windows environments.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a hands-on Intune Administrator who can independently manage day-to-day endpoint administration without requiring extensive direction. This person should understand not only how to configure policies and deploy applications, but also how to troubleshoot when devices fail to enroll, receive policies, install applications, or remain compliant.
