Brightbridge Home Care is seeking dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Personal Care Attandants and Caregivers to join our growing home care team in Indiana. We are dedicated to helping seniors and individuals remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes while receiving high-quality, personalized care.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Prepare light meals and assist with feeding if needed
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with the care team
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification in the state of Indiana (preferred)
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
- Home care experience preferred but not required
