This Temp-to-Hire opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on assembly work, following detailed instructions, and producing quality products in a fast-paced production environment. As a First Article Tech, you'll build cable assemblies and wire harnesses, perform soldering and crimping tasks, create and follow work instructions, and help ensure products meet strict quality standards. Your work plays an important role in delivering reliable products that support critical customer applications.

First Article Tech Duties:

• Build cable assemblies and wire harnesses using work instructions, drawings, and standard work documents
• Perform soldering, crimping, connector installation, and wiring assembly using proper assembly techniques
• Create clear work instructions using company software templates and complete required production documentation
• Use hand tools, automated equipment, and testing devices to identify, assemble, and verify components
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S standards

Schedule: Monday to Friday 7AM-3:30 PM

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on years of experience

First Article Tech Requirements:

• At least one year of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to solder, crimp, and assemble cable and wire harness products
• Basic math and reading skills
• Ability to work overtime as needed to meet production demands
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
