Bilingual Retail Customer Service Specialist (Spanish)

Overview Customer Service Specialists at Sherwin‑Williams serve wholesale and retail customers, answering questions about our products and recommending solutions. The role is located at Store #1264, 9210 Westport Road, Louisville, KY 40242, and requires working within a 15‑mile radius. This full‑time position starts at $16.45 per hour and involves handling customer inquiries, processing sales transactions, maintaining store presentation, and occasionally assisting with deliveries. Responsibilities Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services. Build productive, trust‑based relationships with wholesale and retail customers. Process sales transactions accurately and in accordance with policies and procedures. Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Maintain precise work order files and records. Retrieve and stock products from the sales floor or warehouse. Tint and mix products to customer specifications as needed. Stock shelves, set up displays, and clean store equipment. Load/unload delivery trucks and assist with deliveries, as required. Maintain in‑stock and presentable condition of assigned areas. Remain knowledgeable about products offered and discuss available options. Comply with inventory control procedures. Suggest ways to improve sales. Work as required around scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Undergo periodic background checks; a review of criminal history is required for this position. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: At least eighteen (18) years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Good reading, writing, and verbal communication skills in English. Valid, unrestricted driver’s license. Ability to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion. Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer‑service position. Previous experience selling paint and paint‑related products. Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
