Lifespace Communities is seeking a Senior Living Sales Counselor to help older adults and their families find the right community and services for their needs. In this resident-first, mission-driven role, you will build trusted relationships, understand each prospect’s priorities, explain independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing options, and guide families through the decision-making process. You will cultivate inquiries, conduct tours and presentations, maintain accurate prospect records, and coordinate with community teams to support a welcoming transition.
