Customer Relations Coordinator

Serving as a key liaison between internal teams and customers, the remote Customer Relations Coordinator will manage inquiries, maintain and analyze inventory data, and support inventory-related processes while working collaboratively across various functions. Key responsibilities Manage inventory information and reporting to support internal teams and customer needs Support inventory optimization by monitoring stock levels and identifying improvement opportunities Analyze customer usage and inventory data to evaluate demand and support inventory reserve reports Required qualifications High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred, with 4+ years of relevant experience Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret data for practical solutions Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reports and data Demonstrated customer service experience with strong communication abilities Ability to work effectively across departments with strong computer skills, including SAP knowledge
