Analyst/Sr Analyst, Compensation

A large publicly traded company, located in Ft Worth TX is seeking a dynamic and energetic Analyst/Sr. Analyst, Compensation for a long-term contract assignment. The Analyst/Sr Analyst, Compensation is a member of the Global Compensation, Mobility, and People Support team within the People Division. This role supports the design, implementation, and administration of the company’s compensation programs. The Analyst takes a consultative approach to supporting business units, partnering closely with HR and operational leaders to provide strategic guidance, data-driven insights, and market-informed recommendations. Base pay range $35.00/hr - $55.00/hr Responsibilities Serves as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders on compensation matters, providing consultative support for hiring, promotions, organizational design, and compensation decisions Performs compensation analyses and job evaluations to support business decisions and maintain internal equity. Develops and delivers clear, data-driven compensation recommendations tailored to specific business contexts Assists with annual compensation processes, including merit planning, salary structure adjustments, and incentive plan administration Participates in salary surveys and uses market data to price jobs and benchmark compensation practices against the external market.
