Certifications: BLS and NIHSS certifications required. Must-Have: - EPIC charting experience required - Experience in MS/Tele with cardiac monitoring and emergency response required - Ability to interpret and manage dysrhythmias required - Experience in IV therapy and phlebotomy required - Knowledge of isolation precautions required Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in Medical-Surgical/Telemetry. The nurse will work three 12-hour shifts per week from 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM. Every other weekend work is required. The nurse must be available to work every other holiday if needed. Providing patient care includes interpretation and management of dysrhythmias. The nurse will utilize Rapid Response and Code teams as necessary. Responsibility includes administering oxygen via nasal cannula and managing oxygen tanks. The nurse will perform IV therapy and peripheral line care. It is essential to follow isolation precautions and use personal protective equipment. The nurse will float within their skillset as needed. The patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:5. This position requires a collaborative approach with interdisciplinary support teams. Candidates will not be considered if they are located within a specified radius of the facility. The role emphasizes providing high-quality patient care in a supportive environment.
