Violet Residential Service Agency (VRSA) is hiring Caregivers / Direct Care Workers in Glendale and surrounding West Valley communities to support upcoming and ongoing in-home care assignments.
**Pay varies based on client assignment, care needs, schedule, and applicable assignment requirements**
Service Areas
Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Sun City, Sun City West, El Mirage, Youngtown, and surrounding West Valley communities.
Position Responsibilities
Caregivers may provide:
- Personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Companion care and emotional support
- Medication reminders
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Safety supervision and monitoring
- Respite care
- Assistance with daily routines
- Community-based support
- Required documentation and EVV
Requirements
Arizona Department of Public Safety Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
- Must meet applicable Arizona and VRSA employment requirements
- Must meet applicable Arizona Direct Care Worker training and competency requirements
- Background and registry screening as applicable
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain, as applicable
- Reliable transportation may be required depending on the assignment
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients, families, and care teams
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Previous caregiving, home care, CNA, assisted living, respite, disability services, or ALTCS/AHCCCS experience is helpful

- Respect client dignity, privacy, and independence
- Are comfortable working independently in clients’ homes
- Can maintain reliable attendance
- Are willing to work different schedules depending on client needs
