Position Physical Therapist - Outpatient Location 2670 Forest Hill Blvd, West Palm Beach 33406 and 250 Burns Road Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410 Schedule Monday-Friday; Schedule TBD Compensation $78,000-$95,000/year. Rate increases pending experience.
