Pure Water Technology is looking for a motivated, high-energy Inside Sales / Business Development Representative to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is motivated and wants to develop a long-term career in B2B sales About Us
Pure Water Technology has been a trusted provider of commercial water purification systems since 2005. We help businesses eliminate the cost, hassle, and environmental impact of bottled water with smarter, safer hydration solutions.
We proudly serve South-Central & Eastern Pennsylvania, Northern Maryland, Delaware, and New Jersey, and weve built our reputation on quality products, exceptional service, and a team-first culture. What Youll Do
- Make outbound calls to businesses throughout our territory
- Speak with decision-makers and identify potential opportunities
- Set qualified appointments for our outside sales team
- Navigate gatekeepers and confidently guide conversations
- Build rapport and create strong first impressions over the phone
- Introduce businesses to our water purification solutions
- Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication
- Track calls, notes, and opportunities in our CRM system
- Clear, confident communication skills
- Comfortable making 80100+ outbound calls per day
- Strong listening and questioning skills
- Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable asking for the appointment and handling rejection
- Basic computer skills (CRM, Outlook, etc.)
- Sales, telemarketing, or customer service experience is a plus
- Competitive mindset with a strong desire to succeed
- Hourly base pay + uncapped commission
- Average first-year earnings: $50,000$80,000+
- Flexible full-time or part-time scheduling
- MondayFriday between 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
- No nights or weekends
