Job Title: Technical Sourcer 6 Months Contract to Hire Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite) Pay rate - $30/hr DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Job Overview: Bilingual - Fluent in English and Mandarin - "Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred as the successful candidate will be required to communicate with business partners in China." Experience in Entertainment Industry is a Huge Plus Responsibilities: Find, engage, and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, our client, and alternative search techniques Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine alignment to open positions Collaborate with recruiters to improve recruiting processes and recruiting efficiency. Support various hiring projects, such as strategizing sourcing talent pipeline (via our client, Facebook, and alternative search techniques).
