Reporting to a Service Line Director within Cardiac Services, the Nurse Manager Advanced Heart Failure Transplant will partner closely with Heart Failure Cardiologists, Cardiothoracic Surgeons, Transplant Administrators, and Accreditation leaders to ensure compliance with UNOS/OPTN, CMS, and Joint Commission standards. The role oversees clinical operations, staffing, budgeting, throughput, and quality metrics, mentors charge nurses and educators, strengthens transplant coordination, and collaborates with case management, pharmacy, perfusion, and social work. You will cultivate a highly collaborative culture among friendly nurses and a diverse, multidisciplinary team grounded in evidence based practice and shared governance.
