Responsibilities

Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
Assist sales agents by showing homes to their clients
Give clear, written feedback to help fine-tune clients' home search
Help write and negotiate offers alongside the sales agent and clients
Spend at least 10 hours a week on lead generation
Join in weekly script practice sessions with the team
Take part in team activities as expected
Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
Keep track of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
