Your Responsibilities:

• Performing initial evaluations and creating personalized treatment plans.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.
• Licensure: Must have or be eligible for a valid Physical Therapist license.
• Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification necessary.
• Skills: Strong communication and time-management skills required.
• Patient Care: Ability to provide compassionate care for various conditions.
