Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join a collaborative orthopedic rehabilitation team in Northampton, MA. This position offers an excellent opportunity for both new graduates and experienced clinicians to provide high-quality care to post-operative and non-operative orthopedic patients.

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct physical therapy services in a professional and compassionate manner.
• Implement evidence-based treatment programs based on individual patient needs.
• Monitor patient progress and modify goals and treatment plans as appropriate.
• Provide care for post-operative and non-operative orthopedic patients.
• Manage multiple patients while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, exercises, and rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Perform non-clinical duties necessary to support the overall rehabilitation process.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Massachusetts Physical Therapy License required.
• Orthopedic outpatient rehabilitation experience preferred but not required.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
