This fully in-office role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the company’s HR functions while supporting general office operations. You’ll support and improve day-to-day office & HR functions across recruitment, onboarding, benefits, payroll, and compliance. You’ll play a key role in fostering a strong company culture. The ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented HR professional with a firm grasp of employment laws and prevailing wage requirements. - Manage weekly payroll and ensure accurate data submission
- Administer employee benefits and implement benefit changes
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training coordination
- Handle employee relations and promote a positive culture
- Maintain compliance with HR regulations and policies
- Track PTO and sick leave, and approve employee time off
- Manage HR records and prepare reports for leadership
- Coordinate team-building events and internal communication
- Oversee office supplies inventory and general administrative tasks
- Support office phone and electronics setup and tracking
- Assist in office operations and interdepartmental support
- 2+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience required
- Strong familiarity with employment laws required
- Experience with HRIS and payroll software required
