This is more than a caregiving role—you’ll provide personalized care to seniors and lead our caregiving team , ensuring every client receives consistent, high-quality support. As a Lead Caregiver , you’ll combine hands‑on care with leadership responsibilities, mentoring caregivers, covering open shifts, and supporting both clients and your team in the field. What You’ll Do Provide personal care, companionship, and support for seniors in their homes Cover open shifts to ensure clients receive consistent care Onboard and mentor new caregivers, offering guidance and field support Coordinate with clients and families to ensure care needs are met Maintain high standards of care while respecting clients’ dignity Be available for on‑call shifts, including some nights and weekends Receive weekly on‑call pay for availability outside regular shifts What We’re Looking For Experience in caregiving with a passion for senior care Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience mentoring or managing caregivers preferred Flexible availability, including nights and weekends Reliable transportation and auto insurance Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth What We Offer Competitive Pay: Starting at $14/hour, based on experience Weekly On-Call Pay: For coverage outside regular shifts Career Growth: Opportunities to advance in a supportive environment Impactful Work: Make a real difference in the lives of seniors and caregivers Apply Today!
