Job Description What you'll do The Marketing Operations Manager a driving force behind our growth — building, running and sharpening the marketing programs that turn into qualified sales opportunities for our tax consulting services. You'll be the vital link between marketing and sales, turning every marketing investment into real pipeline and revenue. You'll own our marketing technology, campaigns, lead management and analytics, while leading targeted programs, industry events, thought leadership and client engagement. We're looking for someone who pairs operational rigor with real B2B professional services marketing instincts — someone who loves attracting, nurturing and converting prospects into qualified opportunities. Your daily life Demand Generation & Lead Development Design and launch lead generation programs across digital, email, content, events and industry-specific channels to fuel our tax advisory pipeline. Build lead scoring, qualification and nurturing processes in close partnership with sales, so every opportunity lands strong — including account-based marketing for strategic prospects. Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to boost conversion rates and lower cost per lead. Marketing Operations & Analytics Own and optimize our marketing tech stack (CRM, automation, event and reporting tools) and keep data clean, segmented and reliable. Turn performance data into clear reporting on pipeline contribution, campaign ROI and marketing-sales alignment, and build scalable workflows that keep it all running smoothly. Marketing Programs & Content Shape and manage the annual marketing strategy and budget, tied directly to revenue objectives. Partner with tax experts to create compelling content — case studies, thought leadership, webinars — that showcases our expertise under one consistent brand voice. Events, Industry Engagement & Client Outreach Lead high-impact tradeshows, conferences and client events end-to-end, from strategy to post-event reporting. Manage vendor and industry relationships, and turn every event into measurable leads and pipeline. Cross-Functional Partnership Be the go-to market voice in sales planning and pipeline reviews, aligning initiatives with business growth priorities. Turn market insight into smarter processes and new growth opportunities. Qualifications What you bring Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, or professional services marketing. Experience supporting consulting, advisory, financial services, tax, accounting, legal or other professional services organizations preferred. Proven track record of generating qualified leads and contributing to measurable sales pipeline growth. Experience managing CRM and marketing automation platforms. Skills & Abilities Strong understanding of B2B lead generation and sales funnel management. Experience developing campaigns that engage executive-level and financial decision-makers. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent project management and organizational capabilities. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, marketing, and consulting teams. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue impact and business growth.
