HealthTrust Workforce Solutions Regional is seeking a local contract nurse RN Telemetry for a local contract nursing job in Asheville, North Carolina. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Telemetry Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Local Contract About the unit: Number of Beds - 36 Type of equipment – Medical remote telemetry monitoring, Cerner Patient Observation (CPO), VC150’s in every patient room. Work station on wheels for every staff member. Tap and Go for computer/documentation access. EMR - Cerner Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. BLS Medical Telemetry Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. Leadership experience Charge Nurse experience BSN List typical procedures performed on unit(s): N/A for on unit, however we do prepare patients for Endoscopy, IR, and OR Best personality Fit: Hard-working, compassionate, team-oriented, enjoys working in a fast paced environment REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: BLS (required) CMSRN (encouraged) Floating Area(s): Med-Surge: 3W, 5W, K8 (sister units)
