Job Summary Up to $10,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months. Job shift: Nights. Job type: Full Time. The Registered Nurse uses critical‑thinking skills to coordinate and provide safe, quality care to patients using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Assists with organizing patient care activities as assigned. Responsibilities Assess physical, psychosocial, educational, and developmental needs of the patient. Develop a written plan of care using assessment data. Implement nursing care plan. Evaluate patient's response to interventions. Demonstrate leadership skills. Assist in organizing patient care activities.
