Position Title: Field Clerk

Position Description:

The Field Clerk is under the direct supervision of the Client's Project Manager, or designee. The Field Clerk's duties require that he/she be knowledgeable in the administration, management and handling of project specific construction materials, correspondence, data, reports, forms, schedules, records and documentation necessary and required by contract specifications and regulatory compliance standards. The Field Clerk is responsible for setting up, maintaining and operating a functional office at the project site and tracking and reporting project costs. The Field Clerk exercises independent judgment and discretion in making recommendations to the Client's Project Manager regarding the quality standards, safety practices and regulatory compliance aspects of pipeline construction projects

Qualifications:
• 5+ years in the administration and management of construction projects and the handling of project specific construction materials and the management of correspondence, data, reports, forms, schedules, and records necessary and required by contract specifications, and documentation (Preferred)
• Proficient computer knowledge: i.e. Word, Excel, accounting and time management software, and email functions, etc.
• Current OSHA 30 and CPR First Aid certifications (Preferred)
